The aim of our engineering services is to help our customers in product development. In cooperation the best and the most competitive solutions will be found. Our experienced staff is using the latest CAD/CAM and simulation applications.
We started to work with Magmasoft, the leading casting simulation software at the start of the 1990's. Today casting simulation is a tool in daily use for ensuring the quality and success of castings.
During simulation three stages are checked in the casting process: filling the mould in 3-D, solidification and heat transfer and stress and strain levels during cooling.
The results obtained reveal potential areas of risk in the quality of a casting. The casting technique can then be altered, until the best casting method is found.
